love it to the max.
before the trip i wasnt expecting much but it turn out to be the best days in my life.
(if you think you had read this post, i think you should read again.. cause i will keep adding things below... until the last day of the trip...)
30th March 2008, morning.
gathered at changi airport terminal 3 and keep wondering what have i not brought along with me. Students of T03 slowly arrived before the time of 8am and wow, we are sure very bright as we are all wearing ORANGE. Kenny couldn't join in the fun as he couldn't find his passport on the very morning and thus miss the whole trip. and special credit to ZHENHUI for the many sushi to go along with the plane's horrible meal. i shared it with almost everyone from TP =) oh yea, Rachel! calender didn't disclosed his magic tricks to us!!
plane-d for 5 long hours and reached the coldy coldy polluted shanghai.
the situation in the airport was like WOW.
even the hottest celebrity couldn't get this kind crowd in Singapore.
after putting our luggage into the coach,
we went to take the Maglev train. it is operated by floating on strong magnets and it can travel to a speed of 400km/h. This technology sure is very advance but no way is singapore going to have this maglev... 5 minutes and i can reach jurong.. damn fast...
after we reached LongYang, we still have to wait for the coach to come and get us as we take 8minutes while the coach will have to travel 45 minutes to reach.
our 1st meal was at this local resturant and we were served with 10 over dishes of food.. no, to be exact, vegetables. We are allowed 1 bottle of beer per table and i took a glass of it.. it taste awful without ice... There was even performance by the locals during our meal and we sure had a good good laugh at them and mr kubo who was dragged up and dance. haha
We went to one of the shopping district after dinner and walked around~ laughed around~ and got lost while walking back to find the bus... we thought we will be super late by the time we joined back the rest of the class but nope, the bus was later, by an hour. While waiting for the bus, its freaking cold and i was tired due to the i-didnt-want-to-sleep-before-the-trip.
After long hours of waiting both the bus and on the bus, we reached ganghong hotel. ZhangYi and me were too tired as we both didnt slp the previous night... so after walking in and out of other people's room, i slpt at 11.30pm.
31st March 2008, still very cold
(i am starting to forget many details... oh no oh no~ hahaha)
i realised i keep knocking at Trina's door because they are my only neighbour for that night... haha.. breakfast was at ganghong's hotel and it wasnt that great but edible... and i should be surprise that breakfast is once again part of my daily routine =)
so after breakfast, we visited the Shanghai Boai Cerebral palsy Children's Rehab Centre. (they want to send me to rehab i say nooo.. no.. noo.. ~~) Boai is the first non-governmentmental organization so yup, we were there and we got to stoned outside for a moment to enjoy the wonderful freezing breeze. We toured around the centre for a while and T03 was then in-charge of the pre-schoolers. they are cute~ and i was children hopping as i wasnt really so into taking care of kids....... so i took care of this little kid call xiao fei. he got this slit along his pants for easiler access to the toilet... -_-
then i took care of this girl who has been standing at the side since the time we came in... its a very hard time trying to take care of her and make her happy as she could only express herself by crying or clapping and laughing. If she is angry, upset, sad, hungry, thristy, it will be tears. if she is happy, she will clap and smile and laugh... so trying hard to make her happy, MISS TRINA LIM and i tried to play a piece of wonderful music.. yes, we failed. and bolding trina's name is to make her remember is ME who is playing with her.....
after some photo taking session, we had our lunch. dont ask me what we have for each meals because if i could remember, its 300 over dishes for the past 7 days...
we then proceed to the Tiger Hill and pictures pictures and beans. (photos at a later time...) then as Trina want to pee, we dashed all the way from the hill top, to the bottom of the hill for toilet. its like running for beijing 2008 difference being we have no torch. so we chiong into a relatively clean toilet compared to many other toilets in shanghai and suzhou. Then, we went to buy spend broke. Trina is then offical my toilet and running partner.
Then it was dinner again.
checked into suzhou lakeside hotel and at 9pm, we had our 1st tutorial. i didnt have much to say during the tutorial as i didnt manage to make any observation during the 2days. got back my test result.. i pass~ that was lucky... thanks ruth!! =)
the rooms in lakeside was great as we got the whole level to ourself... we opened our door fully and just walk in and out of the room leisurely. slept at 4am... watched tv and saw 周笔畅. this is 1 important point you wish to take note before reading on...
1st April 2008, its april fool~
woke up and had breakfast in the hotel... it wasnt that bad. we got up the bus and proceed to Asia Paper & Pulp (APP). nothing much to talk about that company. and i shant talk much as they gave us free tissue to seal our mouth...

2nd April 2008, its still a wear formal day...

Trina, life is great with me around now... so hell, no... ok? =)
