i thought i was dead in the afternoon..
then i look around..

Pool and sakura: new meaning to my holiday

went out with xianqing a.k.a gallas and jasmine low..
at the WEST SIDE..
took a cab down to bukit timah plaza..
a very ulu place..
then had pool session for like 2 hours..
fun fun fun~
streaks and winnings!
then we bitch around on soccer..
soccer game, soccer people..
its all the same~~ hahaha
then we walked to the busstop to wait for bus 66 to science centre..
while waiting for the bus,
this beggar suddenly pop out of no where and say 'ah niang, neng kuoh (2 dollars in hokkian)'
she approach every single one at the bus stop..
she doesnt look disabled nor sick nor whatever..
oh ya, for your info, she is buying cigarettes.. not for meals or sick daughter or anything..
so this kind yet dumb old uncle gave 2 dollars to her..
and she turned ard and counted her money..
she sat down and spitted on the floor...
then she boarded a bus and continue to ask for money..
interesting ppl..

so we reached sakura international buffet,
as low had place a booking,
we walk in without looking at the queue..
we ate alot..
like bloated.
and we bitch around soccer again..
hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.. low low gallas, shit. hahahhahaha

so we decided to walk around the park around our 2hrs+ of continuous eating..
there is this malay little girl who keep pulling the rope while we try to pull too..
then we decided to not let her play by throwing the rope up..

i guess we are evil..

so walk to jurong mrt and walk ard the pasam malam for a while before heading home..
bought a alarm clock for my elder sister who has a phobia on waking up late for work again..
the one i got for her, i am so sure that not only she will wake up.. i will too.. super loud lor..

so homed and linda just told me that the national museum people dont want to see us..
so we got to EMAIL them..

LRMIG SUB COMM WELCOME PARTY 2008!!
it ended with a blast of water and sand and salt and burns!

let me start off from the morning..
so i woke up, late.
chiong out, late.
so i cabbed to vivo with zhen..
then went giant followed by diaso..
reached the MEETING POINT and realise wow...
we booked a big big area of land with sharmine's mat..
with 2 tents beside it.. (me and sharmine's...)
the sub comm was there already and oh oh oh!
this man..
mr... something, will be replacing ms tan siokkia for her lessons..
so, my introLR will be under him..
the best part is!
he is kind of like in FAS (football association singapore)...
so i bought up the topic on female soccer to him and he replied..
'nah.. shouldn't be a problem..'
so! i got a teacher who is willing to be in charge and he can even coach us!
YEAHHH...

So bonding day..
we had a boring introduction game until i got to tell sharmine, 'mummy, game very boring leh. can change game liao ma?'
so we ended up playing this smacking game..
like if i call your name, you can get to hit the person beside you and then the person can scream or say ouch..
i keep kana by cheryl and raudah la..

next less painful game!
its call.... spongybob!
we are splited into 2 teams and i am with erm... too many to rmb..
brandon was our catcher (to catch the sponge which holds water......)
then the rest of us is like water collector..
we got to find ways to fill up the pail..
before the game, justin was like asking MY team.

Justin: so when i get the sponge, what do i do with it?
ME: you squeeze it into the pail behind you lor...
(point to the pail and realise the pail is totally gone..)
so we looked around, laugh around and ask huilin..
she was damn surprise too..
so i spotted this indian boy running into the sea and playing with water with OUR PAIL...
huilin then ran down to chase back our precious 2bucks pail...
so back to the game....
joey and me got a plan!
our plan is...
to dunk the other team into water while they get their spongy with water,
and steal their sponge!
and we succeed!
with cheryl being our first victim!!
so joey ended up with 5 sponge..
so loser suppose to get dunk..
all of us got dunk..
we got to hand in hand with our partner and sing our way into the sea...
so my partner was cheryl neo..
we sang mary had a little lamb down..
i was so good not to dunk her in ok.....
cause very tired after the previous dunking session..
then we had digging game..

so after i got out from the sand, i went into the water with many the rest..

A BUNCH OF I DONT KNOW WHO I CANT REALLY SEE WHO WITHOUT MY SPECS PUSHED ME DOWN INTO THE SEAAAAA.
then then another time follow by another time by another time..
and then ALL THE GUYS FROM IG (only got 3 at that point of time) carried me like a roasted pig and walk deeper and deeper into the sea~~
I DONT KNOW HOW TO SWIM!!
and they went to a place where i think the water level reach their chest?
and 1...2...3!
i am down into the water..
i was trapping water...
wow.. i do know how to float..........
and i learnt how to swim a little..
so that means....
i know how to swim?
OMG OMG OMG! (low! i know how to swim~~~)
but then i dont really know how to swim so i piggyback-ed on joey..
then we were around the shore with the lifeguard words in mind... (BE CAREFUL YOUNGSTER... JELLYFISH ON THE RISING... MANY CASES THESE FEW DAYS SO SPREAD THE MESSAGE....)
i then decided to play a little prank on my sub comm..
i suddenly ah ah ah AH AH AH AH!
then they all chiong and say words like..
aiyo, kana sting ah? my god.. really not? eh, jellyfish ah? wah, like quite fake leh? eh, how?
then i was like 'ya, fake one..' and walk away...
hahaha..

so we then have a picnic at the hottest place on the mat..
super super hot i tell you..
cause i got sunburnt liao..
we enjoyed the chicken drumlets and chicken wings from newton circles..
and raudah's fried rice..
raudah asked sharmine if its halal..
sharmine: its from newton circles.. so its halal...

then packed up, koufu-ed, TAS-ed, movie!
we catched incredible hulk!
first time with my IG!
after movie,
we walked around searching for the perfect brown sneakers with zhen for zhen..
imagine 7 people walk around searching for a pair of sneakers..
then after zhen got her shoes,
we all went home......
and oh,
i shall end this post with another theory my IG main comm has came up with..

Tuesday
had prawning session with the 7 minus 1 flowers (zhilin not there.. nurses are busy people..) ..There is 20+ prawns.. and that is the first round of bbq-ing.. in total, we prawn-ed 60+ prawns.. (the uncle was very kind to give us his prawns that he caught in the afternoon)The kind uncle that taught us how to fish and BBQ. he was the one that gave us alot of prawns!As the saying goes...
Teach debbie how to prawn, she can feed jasmine kua with prawns all night!

So there is 18 prawns to celebrate my 18 birthday!

So around 11.30 we went off from the bottle tree park.. took 853 with all and after they align 1 by 1.. i was left with debbie on the bus till serangoon.. i was telling her.. 'wow, within a few stops, i went past my 16 years of childhood!' first i past by deyi, then my old house then townsville.. wow.. soon readers.. you will be reading something about my past and stuff.. haha..

Wednesday
Woke up at 6.30am to get myself prepared to go back to deyi for the soccer match..
lucky someone woke me up.. if not, i dont think i will be able to wake up for the match..
so i cabbed down to deyi and wow.... i was that early.. no one was there yet.. slack around the school and realise the school was painted blue.. wow.. deyi is turning very very blue.. doubt in the near future the uniform will be changing.. cause its blue.. and blue and blue and still blue..
so the match was great.. did a few good moves and had a good run.. the only thing that isnt so prefect is the field.. its flooded due to the heavy rain.. and the markings on the ground sucks..
after match, it was a draw.. haha.. the team sang me a birthday song and rosani wrestled me to the ground mud. bowen people are good people too~ they sang shouted me a birthday song! because we were half a field away..

was washing my boots and stuff when lijuan meng and hy started singing birthday song to me =)
they really shocked me like REALLY...

So we slack ard and watched the guys match and roam around the school.. didnt really wanted to leave the school UNTIL we saw grace chua coming out from the office and we chiong off.. hello? she know me.. thats why i got to chiong off as i am wearing slipper, tp business shirt and dyed hair.. so me and debbie cabbed home and i got to chiong home to get to meet my other darlings.. (uhhhhh.. sounds flirty.. hahaha)

had a hard time looking into the mirror and styling up my hair.. bad bad hair day.. had a little chat with my mother and chiong out of house.. its a cabby day on my birthday.. all transport on cab.. hahaha..

so met up trina shuling and weiqi in the mrt control station..
so great to see them=)
dined at cafe cartel and then watched kungfu panda... its a great show! haha..
so after the movie, we walked around tampines mall and weiqi got to leave for band..
so oh well...
trina and shuling then brought me to a secretive place...

on bus 31..
so not knowing where am i being sold to on my birthday,
i follow them like how i read the book on africa kids being brought away and treated as slave.. (bwahahahhaha)
on bus 31, there is this bunch of youngster that is super noisy and as i was suffering from gentle headache, i decided to shift my butt to a few seats forward.. THEN,
yeeting msg-ed me 'happy birthday! sorry that i cant join you for dinner, hope you have fun!' something like that.. so like all the other kid who like to know what the surprise is before hand, i asked yeeting.. 'so who is going for the dinner? and where?' phrasing it in my own undetactable words, yeeting was successfully conned... hahahahaha.. so i guess i gave trina and shuling a shock when they realise i know of their plan..
we took a cab from i dont know where and reached east coast park..
in the cab i was asking them
'is my hair messy?'
'you care so much for you hair for what? also nobody to show..'
'i got to be glam in front of many you see..'
evil laugh* bwahahahhaha...

had project meeting with izzah, linda and weiyan..
we visited the national museum of singapore!
the receptionist is very not friendly while listening us out..
not like the man that look like a bouncer..
'hi, we are from temasek polytechnic.'

'so we would like to talk to the management so that we can have a better in depth of the museum and at the end of the day give the museum a recommandation.'

so, went to din tai feng for dinner with linda and weiyan..
its my birthday celebration!

Friday
went out with sister to bugis to look for my birthday gift..
first stop: POOLLLL! at the very nice and expensive pool that pengfei brought me to 2 years ago for my birthday.. hahahaha.. its been 2 years and the quality of the pool table is still best..
walked around and we felt the tiredness so we decided to head home around 6pm.. without getting my present...

Saturday
went out with zhen for dinner in town..
she wanted to get a camera.. so was there for dinner and maybe check out the cam with her..
but turn out half of the time we are searching for a place to eat..
so we walked from suntec to marina square to esplanade to boat quay to esplanade to marina square to mrt.. then to zhen busstop and home.
and she is still keeping me in suspense on what she and zhilin will be giving me..
i shall trick zhilin into telling me..

Sunday
end of my celebration. cause its father's day.. so haha.. great week friends.. really.. enjoyed every process to the max max max max!
